Grade A — Excellent
Near-mint. No visible marks.
Looks like new. Screen is flawless, frame and rear glass have no visible scratches or scuffs under normal lighting. Fully tested, factory reset, and ready to use.
Grade B — Good
Light wear from everyday use.
Light scuffs or marks on the frame from normal use. Screen and rear glass are clean and intact. Fully tested and working — a great-value everyday phone.
Grade C — Fair
Cosmetic wear, fully functional.
Visible scratches or scuffs on the frame and/or back. Screen is intact and fully responsive. Everything works — ideal as a workhorse where looks don't matter.
