We're an independent, locally owned repair business — not a franchise, not a kiosk. Between us we have 15 years of hands-on repair experience, and we built this business around one simple idea: your phone shouldn't cost you half a day to fix.
Jordan & Teagan — the two people behind every repair
We've been pulling phones apart since we were kids. Jordan and Teagan both grew up fixing things everyone else had written off, and turned it into a trade.
15 years and thousands of repairs later we started Adelaide Phone Repairs to do it the way we always wanted: come to you, quote before we touch anything, use parts we'd put in our own phones, and back it with a 6-month warranty.
We're not a franchise and we're not a shopping-centre kiosk. When you call, you get one of us — the person who'll actually be doing your repair — and we live and work in the same suburbs we drive to.

How we work
Most repairs happen wherever you are. You call or send a quote request, we confirm the price for your exact model up front, then we come to your home, office or a café and do the repair on the spot. More technical jobs — iPads, Apple Watch, back glass, board-level faults — go to our workshop at 112 Prospect Road, Prospect SA 5082, which is staffed by appointment. We can collect and return the device so you don't need to drive anywhere.
Honest quotes, published prices
Our repair prices are published rather than hidden behind a phone call. The price you're quoted includes the part, labour, GST and call-out. If we open a device and find extra damage, we stop and call you before spending another cent of your money.
Warranty and parts
6-month warranty on eligible repairs. We're upfront about part grades — if a premium display costs more than a standard one, we tell you the difference and let you choose rather than deciding for you.
More than repairs
We also sell refurbished phones, buy old devices, support businesses and schools, and run free community phone-safety sessions for local groups.
